Welcome to Leto ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") comprehensively govern your use of our platform, encompassing our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you affirm that you have thoroughly reviewed, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not consent to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service.By utilizing the Service, you declare that you possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by this agreement.

3. Description of Service Leto offers a sophisticated digital personal assistant platform tailored to enhance task management and provide support through a combination of artificial intelligence and human concierge services. The Service includes, but is not limited to:Scheduling and reminder managementFacilitating payments for third-party servicesDelivering personalized task recommendations.

4. User Accounts Users are required to establish an account to access the Service’s full features.You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.In the event of unauthorized access or misuse, you must notify us promptly to prevent further risks.Users should not impersonate others, provide false information, or use the Service for illegal activities.Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

5. AI and Human-Assisted Service Disclaimer Leto integrates AI-driven automation with human-assisted execution to efficiently manage tasks. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, users acknowledge that responses and actions may occasionally require manual verification.Leto is not liable for misinterpretations, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen delays resulting from AI-generated suggestions or third-party service availability. Users are encouraged to review important reservations, bookings, and time-sensitive tasks to ensure they align with their needs.If discrepancies arise, users should promptly notify Leto at support@letoapp.com to seek resolution.

6. Subscriptions and Payments Leto operates on a subscription model, with specific fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms clearly outlined during the subscription process.By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring fees as applicable.Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting Leto support at support@letoapp.com.Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain access to the Service until the subscription period expires.Leto does not offer partial refunds for early termination of a subscription. However, under exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Use You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or exploiting any part of the Service.Using the Service in a manner that infringes upon intellectual property rights or violates privacy laws.Engaging in excessive or abnormal use of the platform that negatively impacts its performance for others.Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

8. Third-Party Services The Service may facilitate transactions or interactions with third-party service providers on your behalf.Leto does not assume liability for the quality, performance, or failure of third-party services.Disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved as stipulated in our Refund Policy.The availability and performance of third-party integrations are not guaranteed. Users agree to abide by the terms of those third-party services.Users authorize Leto to make bookings, schedule services, and communicate on their behalf with third parties when explicitly requested.Users understand that some services may require upfront payments, and Leto is not responsible for refund policies of third-party providers.Leto facilitates but does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of third-party services.Users acknowledge they enter into transactions with third-party providers at their own risk.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.Leto is not liable for disruptions caused by such events but will endeavor to minimize downtime and provide advance notice whenever possible.

10. Content Ownership and License Any content uploaded or submitted by users remains the property of the user.By using the Service, you grant Leto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Data Retention and Deletion Leto retains user data for up to one year following the cancellation of a subscription, in alignment with our Privacy Policy.Users may request the deletion of their data, subject to legal and operational requirements.Leto processes, stores, and manages user data in compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).All user data is stored on secure servers located in AWS data centers in the UAE.In cases where cross-border data transfers are necessary for third-party integrations or services, Leto ensures that appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place to protect user data.Users have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting support@letoapp.com

Security & Unauthorized Access Liability Leto employs industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls (RBAC), to protect user accounts and data.Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must not share login details with third parties.Leto is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a user’s account unless such access was due to gross negligence or a security failure on Leto’s part.Users must report any suspected unauthorized access or security breaches immediately by emailing support@letoapp.com

13. Dispute Resolution Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment details.Any disputes regarding payments, including chargebacks, must be addressed promptly. During dispute resolution, Leto reserves the right to temporarily suspend the user’s account to prevent further issues.Fees associated with chargebacks or failed transactions may be passed on to the user, as outlined in the Refund Policy.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Leto harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of applicable laws.

15. Feedback and Suggestions Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions provided to Leto become our property, with no obligation for compensation.Leto may use such feedback to improve the Service without restrictions.

16. Non-Compete & Fair Use Policy Users may not use Leto’s Service, technology, or insights to develop, train, or enhance competing AI-based or human-powered concierge services.Excessive use of Leto, including but not limited to spamming tasks, automating actions beyond reasonable use, or misusing human-assisted services, may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.Leto reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to detect and prevent abuse of the platform.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.Leto shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:• Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, pandemics)• Cyberattacks, server outages, or system failures• Government regulations, legal restrictions, or acts of war• Disruptions in third-party services essential to Leto’s functionalityIn such cases, Leto will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access during force majeure events.

19.User Termination & Account Suspension Leto reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Service under the following circumstances:Violation of any provisions outlined in these Terms of ServiceFraudulent activity, including but not limited to impersonation, false task requests, or payment fraudExcessive misuse of AI or human-assisted support that disrupts Leto’s intended functionalityEngaging in illegal, abusive, or unethical conduct while using Leto’s ServiceUsers who have had their accounts terminated due to violations will not be eligible for refunds.If an account is mistakenly suspended, users may appeal by contacting support@letoapp.com for a case review.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

21. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
